    I will give you one solid example that I used for my own Technology For Competitive Advantage Paper and then some suggestions for finding your second item.

    The use of RFID (radio frequency identification) allows companies to track not only shipments, but the vehicles carrying those shipments. This extraordinary use of technology quickly allows shipping departments to keep track of packages, mechanics to locate a vehicle due for service and managers the ability to check on a driver (maybe to see if he/she is where they are supposed to be).
