I need to identify a company, by name, and explain (in my own words, paraphrasing from the information I've researched) their primary purpose or mission. Also, I need to know what services or products are offered that are designed to help other businesses improve decision making. I also need to know if the product or service will help other decision makers impact how decisions are "framed"? And if so, how.

I would suggest looking into the management consulting sector. This entire sector of companies focuses upon helping other companies improve performance and decision making capabilities.
