Organization culture can be defined as assumptions, value, norms, artifacts and beliefs of an organization, which are shared by the organizational members in order to accomplish goals and objectives of the organization. It is very important to have a brief understanding of organizational culture in order to control the way in which the members of an organization interact with each other and stakeholders from outside the organization. Organizational culture is of two types: strong and weak culture (Witte & Muijen, 2000).

Organizational culture has a great impact on the decision making process of an organization. It reflects the accessibility and the ways in which decisions are made by the management.
