Critical thinking is an important aspect of the daily life of an individual. It has been used by individuals as well as organizations to make effective decisions. It is very difficult to define critical thinking because it is a complicated process which comprises skills and self awareness of individuals, rationality and open mindedness to justify other's perceptions and discipline to make an effective process of decision making (Schafersman, 1991). With the help of this paper, I am going to associate various parameters that are related with the importance of critical thinking in the decision making process.

The critical thinking process is discussed as the action that follows the guidelines based on some disciplines. By this way an individual can give a theory based on concepts, determined and methodological outcomes for a particular problem (Schafersman, 1991). On the basic ground of decision making process, we can describe critical thinking as a judgment process with accuracy and honesty. In the present thigh tech and innovative environment, thinking in a critical way has become an integral aspect (Wheelen & Hunger, 2009).

The fundamental criteria to differentiate a successful and failure person are based on their abilities to cope with the problems and provide valid solutions to mitigate risk and solve problem. The person who has capabilities to think critically always tries to bet with the other's ideas and perceptions.
