The contractor will complete premium flooring. He will do bamboo floor, cork rolls, cement tiles, mosaic tiles, granite tiles, ceramic floor tiles, ceramic wall tiles, decorative wall tiles, class tile, roof tiles, swimming pool tiles, vinyl tiles, terracotta tiles, vitrified tiles, stone floor tiles and wood wall covering.

b) Who are the target customers?
Since our operations are located in San Diego, the target customers are builder and contractors who are making premium housing, office complexes and commercial buildings. The first targets will be builders and contractors in the cities of Los Angeles, San Jose, San Francisco and San Diego. The company will also target some select high value builders in the state of Nevada. The reason for targeting these high end builders is that they will require premium flooring in the buildings they make.

c) How or where are those services provided?
The services of tiling will be provided on the construction site. Usually, the tiles are laid after the walls and the ceilings are finished. Tile laying is a part of the finishing activity. One method is to divide the room into four quarters to help sequence the layout. Our company will also offer to install borders of different style tiles. After this a dry run of the tiles will be carried out to ensure perfect placement and design of the floor.

Our employees will be trained to first prepare the base floor. For instance they will remove grease and wax, plane down high sports, or even cover the floor with hardboard. Then the employees will start from the exact center of the room, they will make a check with loose tiles, prepare a final plan for tile application, apply the tile cement and lay the floor tiles. This procedure will ensure that the tiles are laid perfectly and confirm to international standards.
