Need help in which I am to explain the importance of my business where I am helping elderly, and disabled people who can not even get their family members to drive them to town. I have to explain my business vision, mission, and values in determing the stategic direction. Also will need help including the following items

Define the Business- The business will be called "Driving You." The business will consist of five transport vehicles. Three will be for numerous passengers, such as a minivan, and two will consist of sedans. The business will be operating seven days a week to accommodate the clientele that we will be serving. Our product will be similar to our competitors, but our amenities will be expanded. Our transportation service includes "wait and assist." This program will have the driver either "wait" for the client while the client is at the doctor or while shopping or "assist" the client by escorting the client into the doctor's appointment or the supermarket.

Vision - We'll get you there. The vision is simple as it advises that the company will take its clients where they need to be. A vision that is clear and concise is the best vision a company can have. Steve Jobs, Chairman of Apple Computers, wrote a Vision when the company was implemented. It stated, "An Apple on Every Desk," (Apple 1980). This advises that nothing is impossible.

Mission Statement - The Mission of the company is to be a partner with the communities it serves through adhering to the law and enforcing excellence daily with our customers.

Guiding Principles - Our clients are our first responsibility. "Driving You" pledges competitive pricing, excellent customer service and a trustworthy transportation system that will enhance the customer's experience. We pledge to provide a safe environment for our clients and ...
