The strategy that I would use to outline the position's details would be to give a brief overview of the company and the success rate of both the company and other sales representatives. Further, I would stress the work environment, the benefits that the employee would receive at the organization and a complete description of the job duties. I would want to make sure that my organization was perceived to be one that is better than other companies and that other employees are happy with working in the organization.

What would the duties be?

The duties would be similar to that listed in the job posting.

The duties would include:

*Utilizing the Staples business plan and strategy to ensure that the business continues to meet their business objectives and to target accounts of various nature and sizes.

*Develop and maintain new customer contacts.

*Meet a specified sales quote, through various revenue sources, including, direct sales, phone sales, marketing mailings, and presentations.

*Meet the standard work week requirements, to include in office appointments, face to face interviews, and training.
