    Proactive Planning

    Proactive planning can be defined as the planning process that is taken before the change in any part occurs. In other words, it can be defined as the planning process to be prepared before the actual event take place in the organization. This planning process helps to mitigate the undesired impact of the future events on the business effectiveness. The proactive planning includes both negative and positive aspects of the process (Marquis & Huston, 2008). It is a dynamic process and the adoption of this planning approach is the key requirement for a business due the change in the environment in a frequent manner.
