I have a co-worker ask myself and three other colleagues to participate in a 360 degree feedback report for them. In the not to distant past, I have had problems with this individual's ability to meet deadlines, especially during team projects. How would I provide constructive feedback to this individual without causing ill will between us and the organization? Giving feedback is very important to let the individual know where he stands and where he needs to be in terms of expectations and goals. If the objective is to provide guidance by supplying information in a useful manner, feedback is constructive. However one needs to be very careful when giving such feedback.
