    Some people interpret Green to mean making the least impact on the environment possible, while to others green means incremental improvements in the choices we make so that we lessen our impact on the environment. Green has come to mean making a minimal carbon footprint, as a means to measure the sustainability of an activity or lifestyle. Carbon usage is certainly a good starting point for a discussion of sustainable activities, however green also means different things in different industries. It can mean simply trying to clean up and minimize pollution, such as in the manufacturing of cars.
