Now, consider this: A fellow by the name of Lord Acton is attributed with saying, "Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely." I want you to think about the reverse within an organizational--or even societal context: "Powerlessness corrupts and absolute powerlessness corrupts absolutely."
