It is recommended to add some latest & proven tools and techniques in the course of operation management, which assist the individuals to improve their understanding and knowledge about the basic fundamentals and critical features of operation management efficaciously. There are certain recommended changes, which I would like to implement in the course of operations management. These are as follow:
Ø To implement novel practices in the production part of the operations management.
Ø To administer some training programs in order to train and guide the students, who use to come at the workplace of the organization during their training sessions for developing understanding about the key practices of operations management.
