    The Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) building designs are framed by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). Through the use of these designs, authorities implement several standards that are required to develop the environmentally sustainable designs, constructions and operations of buildings and neighborhoods to live and work.
