I need help in presenting my data in one of the appropriate general response types: rating, ranking, categorization, or sorting. I need help in putting the below data in the appropriate measurement scale (Nominal, Ordinal, Interval or Ratio).

As the nation's largest health maintenance organization, Kaiser Permanente performed an employee satisfaction survey to obtain a general idea of their employee's perception of their job. Kaiser Permanente research team designed a survey of questions to gather information in six main areas. These areas are job satisfaction/involvement, employee benefits/pay, workload, and mission/motivation. The overall response rate was 49% (1,225 out of 2,500 total employees).
