Another responsibility is allied with the connection of residents to recognize responsibilities of their actions. Programming efforts are coordinated in each academic year (Program Assistant, 2012).

Furthermore, other attributes, such as trust, integrity, and excellence are promoted, so that workforce effectiveness can be maintained for the position of program assistant. As employees are useful assets for each of the organizations, required facilities are provided to the employees in an organization's work culture. An organization's all purposes can be achieved only when all the employees carry out their tasks in an efficient and effective manner. Thus, these standards are regularly assessed in an organization (Program Assistant, 2012).
