    Sandy's poor performance is related to her inability to complete tasks in a timely fashion, poor organizational and time management skills. Since she is on probation, a plan of action is needed in order to help the employee meet company standards and keep her job.
    A meeting between the manager and Sandy needs to be held immediately to address each issue of non-performance. This meeting should include a verbal discussion of the incidences and Sandy should be able to explain herself thoroughly. The manager should listen and take notes as Sandy explains her position and not interrupt.
