The project manager of a task force planning the construction of a domed stadium has hoped to be able to complete construction prior to the start of the next college football season. After reviewing construction time estimates, it now appears that a certain amount of crashing will be needed to ensure project completion before the season opener. Given the following time and the cost estimates, determine a minimum cost crashing schedule that will shave five weeks off the project length. Note: no activity can be crashed for more than 2 weeks.
(Crashing Costs)

activity immediate predecessor normal time (weeks) 1st week 2nd week

A - 12 $15,000 $20,000
B A 14 10,000 10,000
C - 10 5,000 5,000
D C 17 20,000 21,000
E C 18 16,000 18,000
F C 12 12000 15000
G D 15 24000 24000
H E 8 - -
I F 7 30000 -
J I 12 25000 25000
K B 9 10000 10000
M G 3 - -
N H 11 40000 -
P H, J 8 20000 20000

PLEASE DRAW THE PRECEDENCE DIAGRAM ALSO CONSTRUCT A CRASHING TABLE THAT SHOWS STEP BY STEP, THE ACTIVITIES YOU CHOOSE TO CRASH, THE INDIVIDUAL COST AND RUNNING TOTAL OF COSTS TO ACHIEVE THE FINAL OUTCOME.

(Network in the attached file)
A. Construct a schedule for the following Crash/Normal Schedule chart below:
1. Early start's for all activities
2. Late start's for all activities
3. Slacks for all activities
4. The critical path
B. Provide the following:
1.   Find the crash cost per day
2.   Which activities should be crashed to meet a project deadline of 10 days with a minimum cost? Assume partial crashing.
3.  Find the new cost
4.   Is partial crashing an appropriate assumption in this kind of project?
