I will examine the GROW model
A coaching model for the business administration industry will focus on Goal, Constructive feedback, and Options. The Goal defines what the employee wants to achieve or measure success. Feedback will be given in a constructive manner. The Options allow for new ideas to assist in reaching goals.

The coaching models are drive by questions and there are various different types of questions at each stage. The Goal's questions will define the goal in a clear and concise manner. What do you want to accomplish? Once your goal is achieved, what will be different for you? Why is your goal important? Is this a short term goal or long term goal? Constructive Feedback focuses on determining details about the employee. How close are you to accomplish your goal? What do you need from me to accomplish your goal?
