Robertson Company, an office supply firm that markets to religious organizations, engages in the following employment practices. All applicants for warehouse positions must answer questions revealing their attitude toward unions and religion. The Company also requires pre-offer medical examinations of some prospective employees. It requires post-offer, pre-employment medical examinations of some employees.
