Hello, it is very important to have the full picture - all the facts when working in a business situation. I will give you a real life example of what happened to me at my office, which might be a potential legal problem.
I was asked to order 5000 stress balls for my client - a duplication of last year's order. I was told stress balls, and given the supplier's name. I asked the project manager who handled the project last year if she had any information on the project, or any samples of the stress ball. She said no. So I then called the supplier, and asked him what type of stress balls he has. He told me that he has one type of balls. He sent me a picture of the balls.
