The current issues in ethics are bribing powerful officials, labor related issues like discrimination against the protected classes, working conditions, child labor, paying wages below the minimum wages, sourcing of materials from unacceptable sources, animal testing, sweatshop work conditions, worker health and safety issues. There are other ethical issues like being truthful, honest, and upright in relationship with consumers, accepting responsibility for on-factory accidents, wrong labeling, pressurizing channel members to carry and sell products, and acquiring market share using unfair marketing tactics.
