    1. The ethical differences among leaders are because of the different background of the leaders. The personality that one has formed plays an important role. Personality broadly consists of both heredity and environment. According to these factors different leaders develop different values and this lead to adopting different ethical norms and even some of the leaders adopting unethical norms. This becomes source of ethical differences among leaders. In some cases this habitual formation also leads to committing unethical acts.
