Specifically, having a formal, established road map for the organization's future, entails, setting the priorities for change, designing the solution, adopting the supply chain, and operating the supply chain; My current organization is a firm that makes molded plastic toys. If the top management of my company has written down a plan for the future, I have not seen it. I have not heard anyone speak of such a plan or roadmap. I do not know if the company I work for wants to change. I know of two things. First, the company top management somehow wants to avoid having large inventories of unsold and unsalable toys and second the top brass wants to find a method of guessing the demand trends for toys so that the company actually makes toys that children want. There is no established road map for the future of the organization.
