1. In the divisional structure there is a wide range of services or goods that are produced;
2. The international divisional structure is effective when one set of goods and services are produced at one location and another set of goods and services are produced at another location.

Global structure:

3. It takes advantages of different locations for economical production. For instance a facility may be located in South East China to take advantage of low cost labor.
