Nordstrom could provide better customer service by generating more definite fashion 'must have' looks each season, getting customers in with fashion shows, and then selling them not just the pieces but whole outfits. The stores sell a wide range of price points so they could do this on many different levels and for different customers (kids, teens, career, men, women, designer).

Another suggestion would be to stage seasonal fashion shows featuring local children and teens in the show. The kids would 'model' the clothes, and perhaps Nordstrom could give a percentage of sales to the local schools for every item parents buy that day. ...
