The challenges its faces now are negative feedback from the public and media. Low morale of the employees is another challenge that Classic Airlines is facing. The strongest marketing related challenge is the decline in the decline in the consumer confidence that has reflected in the fall in the number of Classic Rewards members and a percent decrease in flight per member.
