    Classic Airlines is the fifth largest airline all over the world. It was established 25 years ago and it had developed to take in a fleet of more than 375 jets that hand out 240 cities with more than 2,300 everyday flights. Although its business operations are profitable from last 25 years but, in recent years Classic Airlines has contended with a number of marketing challenges due to augment costs and condensed consumer assurance (Hayward, 2000). The airline industry as a whole is confronting decline in industry share prices and same is the case with Classic Airlines that also experienced a 10% decrease in the past year.
