Problem/Opportunity Statement:
Classic Airlines has the policy of providing the best possible service to its customers at a reasonable price.
However, the customers of Classic are leaving for competitors airlines because of poor service/high prices.

Therefore, Classic can win back its customers by providing improved customer service and competitive prices.

FIRST COMPANY
The company is Johnson & Johnson. Just as Classic Airlines is experiencing now, it had experienced one percent decline in sales of drugs. This area was sluggish. In 2005 the company had experienced a 6 percent decline in sales during the fourth quarter.

A) Identify whether the company has been successful or unsuccessful.
The company has been successful. The 2006- 2007 sales of Pharmaceuticals have grown by 6.9%.
B) Summarize your key findings for the company as they relate to the scenario.
The company has been successful in selling more of Reserdal Consta and through launching of Invega Migrane treatment, Tparmax. Remicade and Veticade are other drugs that have given further gains to Johnson & Johnson. In short, Johnson & Johnson has successfully followed the policy of launching new products or acquiring new products from other manufacturers.
C) Identify at least one alternative solution for Classic Airlines from each company researched.
One alternative solution for Classic Airlines is that it should launch new packages for customers; each package should provide value and new opportunities for customers. This will improve the sales of Classic ...
