First of all, it is extremely important to develop a quality culture in the organization, ie, quality should be embedded in each aspect of organization's culture, processes and systems. In order to develop such culture, organizational management should utilize the help of quality experts in assessing the readiness of the organization's employees and infrastructure in developing a quality culture among the employees and implementing quality management principles and strategies in the workplace.
