B2C has a large part of population and has to deal with the customers of all the age groups while B2B has only got to address to the limited number of businesses. Therefore, the nature of the businesses creates difference between legal and ethical issues for both the sites. //

B2C and B2B are the different terms in marketing given to the firms by the difference of the nature of their customers. B2C refers to 'Business to Customer' when a product is marketed to be sold to the customer or to the end user while B2B stands for 'Business to Business' where a supplier markets his products to the another business.
