Understanding Inheritance and probability

If we perform a F1 cross of the corn we can predict the probabilities of obtaining a particular outcome. For example, we can ask; what is the probability of getting a purple smooth corn seed from a dihybrid F1 cross of PpSs?

Question is: is purple dominant or recessive? So does pp = purple, or does PP? Same thing with smooth phenotype: is ss = smooth, or does SS?
I will assume that purple and smooth are the dominant forms of the traits.
