Solution Summary

This posting helps with a problem involving essential vitamins. Many vertebrates including man, also lack the ability to synthesize a number of amino acids and therefore require them preformed in the diet. Some organisms require from exogenous sources one or group of complex organic substances known as vitamins. These are needed in trace amount and they perform vital functions as most of them are precursors of the important coenzymes.
