    I have a sample of 40 surveys selected from one population and the mean is 102 and the sample deviation is 5. If 50 surveys are selected from a second source, the mean is 99 with a standard deviation of 6. Conduct a hypothesis test using the .04 significance level to see if their is a difference between the population means.
