The Environmental Protection Agency requires that cities monitor over 80 contaminants in their drinking water. Samples for the Lake Huron Water Treatment Plant gave the following results. Only the range is reported not the mean. For each substance, estimate the standard deviation for Uniform and Normal distribution. (round answers to 4 decimal places)

I am looking for some direction on how to approach the equation. I have no idea on where to start. I have the Normal Distribution of Chronium of .0367, Barnium is .0025 and Fluoride is .0167 - Can not figure out the Uniform Population.
