    The files attached include results from an experiment aimed at determining whether the training program and/or bonus incentive has an effect on employee tenure.

    ID: Sequential identification numbers assigned to employees included in the study

    Training: 1=training given to store manager
    0=no training given

    Bonus: 1=bonus given to store manager
    0=no bonus given

    Tenure: Number of dys the person was employed from date of hire to the date of termination or the date the study ended.

    Case Study Questions

    Does the training or the bonus program or both relate to employee retention? Explain with supporting data analysis.

    Draw a graph depicting the effect of the training and bonus programs on employee tenure. Explain in word the nature of the relationship observed.

    Make recommendations regarding the use of the training and bonus programs.

    PS: There is an attached file. The software that I am currently using is called Ph Stat. If you are familiar with it, then that will definately help. I just need some guidance as to how to answer the questions in as much detail as possible. i am not very good at explaining the reults.
