As you then explain how any significant events or experiences created change for you in this social world, you might talk about how the instant connections to old and new friends worldwide increases your sense of esteem and self efficacy.
As you also analyze how this has changed or supported your own self-efficacy, it has given some positive effects in terms of feeling a sense of connection, belonging, more collaborative, and more supported emotionally and socially. When posting pictures of recent travels, I get positive feedback which gives me a greater sense of affirmation and empowerment, thus affecting self efficacy.
