I think that it doesn't take a certain type of client to benefit from existential therapy, due to the fact that human beings are much more alike than they are different. Therefore, we all tend to have certain questions about the meaning of life and our place in it, as well as fears about the unknowns such as death and its inevitability. Due to these factors, it is important for any therapist to help an individual to focus upon the present, which is relaxing and highly therapeutic within it.
