Positive Psychology is a sub-field of Psychological Sciences which evolved in the 20th Century. The most well-known names include Martin Seligman and Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi, psychology professors in the West and Morth East in United States, who did a lot of research on the resilience factor in people, who in spite of personal challenges or hard, even extremely traumatic times in life their lives, tent to grow and remain steadily happy and the impact they have on those around them as a result.
