If the patient does not question it it can go on repeatedly and ultimately the patient may not get the help he/she needs for a particular issue. Unlicensed professionals in the field of abnormal psychology are more likely to misdiagnose the root cause of abnormal behavior, for example identify a patient as having Obsessive Compulsive Disorder when he/she does not posses the symptoms common to those with OCD. ...
