Issues for diversity and based on concerns for social relations, social roles, and other factors that can impact health, treatment intervention will be developed and used to assess stress-related illness. In its most general form, stress can be taxing, and may induce mental and/or somatic illness. As an example, one form of treatment to aid women experiencing anxiety and stress in the workplace is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). The CBT approach to treatment can be utilized in treating physical, mental or emotional stress. Further, the CBT approach can aid individuals in adapting to adapt to new situations or life circumstances.
