Locke's Smart Goal setting theory will be able to help me find my way in achieving a particular dream - that of being a successful soccer coach. I would like to be a professional soccer coach at the collegiate level, guiding my team towards victory. I have always been a big fan of the sport - association football - popularly known to us as soccer. I have played it when I was a child in school, competing for my school and community.
