The solution below should get you started. In this particular task, you are being asked to put together a worksheet following Locke's Smart Goal Setting theory with a focus on becoming a soccer coach. How should you complete this? Essentially, you just need to reflect upon yourself - about your goals, how you'd know you are going in the direction you wish to go. This is personal as it is your choice. As long as you can chart out your goals, then you would be able to complete the task comprehensively. Below, I have shown you an example about how this can be completed. This is only a sample - your personal situation should reflect in your completed answer (i.e. the skills you already possess). You can also use the listed resources to further explore the topic.

SMART Goal Setting: Soccer Coach

Locke's Smart Goal setting theory will be able to help me find my way in achieving a particular dream - that of being a successful soccer coach. I would like to be a professional soccer coach at the collegiate level, guiding my team towards victory. I have always been a big fan of the sport - association football - popularly known to us as soccer. I have played it when I was a child in school, competing for my school and community. Playing the sport gives me satisfaction - I enjoy the skills, the challenge and the camaraderie between players and their supporters. Below, I have charted how I think I can achieve this goal.
