The research variables that will be compared and contrasted will be observations and sampling. From a multicultural research perspective the observations that are made by the researchers must take into account the cultural perspectives of the individuals that the research is being conducted on, which means that it is essential that the observations are not tailored towards the perspectives and or biases that may be held by the researcher.
