First of all, I feel that today's managers must fully understand and effectively utilize various motivational strategies in order to maximize their workers' potentials and ensure the best caliber of productivity for one's workplace or business.

Since motivational strategies allow managers to entice workers using incentives and other motivational tools, it helps to keep workers happy, productive, motivated, and on task.

Just as all humans, regardless of age, are motivated by intrinsic and extrinsic factors, the same premise applies to workers. Do you agree?
