In the UK and the rest of Europe, most clinicians use ICD-10 Classification of Mental and Behavioural Disorders (World Health Organisation, 1992). In America, clinicians use the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders -DSM IV (American Psychiatric Association, 2000).
