Section B.1. “Respecting client Rights” – Counselors must consider multicultural/diversity within an awareness and sensitivity concerning confidentially and privacy as it relates to culture. Section C.2.a- “Boundaries of competence”--states that counselors practice only within boundaries of their competence relative to education, training and appropriate professional experience.
