The following problem is something that needs to be put into tableau iterations, but I'm not understanding what to do next.

Here is the problem:

Minimize 3 X1 + 4 X2 + 8 X3

Subject To: 4 X1 + 2 X2 >= 12
4 X2 + 8 X3 >=16
X1, X2, X3 >= 0

Show all tableau iterations
a. What is the optimal solution?
b. What is the optimal Value?
