# Find The Amplitude, Period, Vertical Translation and Phase Shift

Not what you're looking for?

Y= 3-tan(2*x)

I'am having problems with the steps. I know amplitude is /a/ so is the amplitude 3.

period is 2pi/c is it 2pi/2=4pi

and the phase shift x or pi/2/1=pi/2
