Solution. As
, we know that the vertex is at (-3/2, ¼).
Let x=0, we get
y=-2
So, the y-intercept is at (0, -2).
Let y=0, we have
So,
x=-1 or x=-2.
Hence, two x-intercepts are (-1, 0) and (-2,0).
