I have not worked out problem 2 but I did work through the specifics of problem 1 a bit against my better judgement. However, the question is for four players and the generalized solution I illustrated was for 3 players. The solution is included as an attachment. It is my sincere belief though that in doing this I am doing you a diservice as I stated in my email when you specifically said the answer you are getting is not helping. I really think you need to work the problem through yourself with the guidance example rather than have the numbers fed to you by the OTA.
