Time = distance / speed

For Cyde: it takes him t1 = 165 miles / 55 mph = 3 hr to arrive at the bank from Chicago.

So He arrives at the bank at 12:00 PM if he leaves at 9:00 AM.

For Bonnie, it takes him t¬2 = 110 miles / 55 mph = 2 hr to arrive at the bank from St. Louis.
